I purchased this for my daughter’s menstrual cramps. When taken with vitamin E, it most effectively alleviated the pain! It’s a small grain, making it easy to keep up with a lot. My family also takes protein, iron, vitamin C, niacinamide, vitamin B mix, and magnesium daily. I hope this helps.

Joint pain relief
I previously took D3 alone, but later learned that it should be taken with K2 for absorption into bones. This product has a high content of both. After using it, my joint pain has lessened.
